Leadership Development

Members receive training and opportunities to develop leadership skills, which can be applied in their professional, personal, and volunteer lives.

Networking

Membership provides access to a network of like-minded women who share a commitment to voluntarism and community improvement. This network can offer support, mentorship, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Community Impact

Members participate in meaningful community service projects and initiatives that address local needs, allowing them to make a tangible difference in their community.

The Junior League offers a sense of community and camaraderie among members, fostering lasting friendships and connections.

Through various volunteer opportunities and training sessions, members can acquire new skills in areas such as project management, public speaking, event planning, and fundraising.

Membership Responsibilities

All members have annual requirements based on years of experience:

Annual Dues: Every member pays an annual fee to maintain membership

General Meetings: Active members are required to attend at least 5 meetings a year, which encourages our members to stay connected to League business and to other League members.

League Placement: Active members are required to hold a League job, know as placement. A variety of roles are available to ensure every member can be involved based on their time and talents.

Training and Volunteer Opportunities: Members can choose from a variety of training and volunteer opportunities to fulfill their annual requirements

Funding Support: Members are asked to support the League’s fundraising events throughout the year, which raise funds to support our mission-based programs.
